During her residency clinical for her Master’s degree she volunteered at Morningside College in Sioux City, Iowa to perform Covid screening and administer immunizations. She spent the last two years traveling across country to assist with medical needs in national community healthcare systems during the pandemic. As a result of her traveling journeys to assist healthcare systems during the pandemic, she enjoyed seeing various cultures across the U.S. and added seeing all the contiguous states in leisure travel on to her bucket list. After years of bedside nursing and viewing several colleagues develop work related injuries, she developed an interest in occupational medicine, and had clinical exposure during her Residential Clinical Rotation at the University of St. Francis. She is looking forward to assisting you with your Occupational Healthcare needs at Duke City Occupational Medicine.
